Title: AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE TOWN OF FLORENCE, MISSISSIPPI, TO LEVY AN ASSESSMENT, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ASSESSMENTS AND COURT COSTS, FOR EACH MISDEMEANOR CASE FILED IN ITS MUNICIPAL COURT; TO PROVIDE THAT THE AVAILS OF SUCH ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENT SHALL BE USED TO PURCHASE LAW ENFORCEMENT EQUIPMENT FOR THE MUNICIPALITY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
