Title: AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONTINUING CERTAIN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING; TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI FOR THE PURPOSE OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT COMMUNITY AND JUNIOR COLLEGES; TO ALLOW THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION TO UTILIZE THE SERVICES OF A PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM MANAGEMENT FIRM TO FACILITATE THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECTS AUTHORIZED IN THIS ACT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
