Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS 37-15-29 AND 37-15-31, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT ANY RESIDENCY ESTABLISHED FOR SCHOOL ATTENDANCE PURPOSES WHICH IS NOT A CHILD'S ACTUAL LEGAL RESIDENCE SHALL NOT BE RECOGNIZED BY THE AFFECTED SCHOOL DISTRICT, AND TO AUTHORIZE SCHOOL BOARDS TO PRESCRIBE THE DOCUMENTATION THAT WILL BE RECOGNIZED AS SUFFICIENT PROOF OF RESIDENCY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
