Title: AN ACT TO CREATE THE FAMILY TRUST PRESERVATION ACT OF 1998; TO DEFINE CERTAIN TERMS; TO PROVIDE FOR THE RESTRAINT ON TRANSFER OF INCOME AND PRINCIPAL; TO PROVIDE THAT A TRUST IS NOT SUBJECT TO A MONEY JUDGMENT UNTIL PAID TO THE BENEFICIARY; TO PROVIDE THAT A TRUSTEE MAY NOT BE COMPELLED TO PAY TRANSFEREES OR CREDITORS; TO PROVIDE FOR CASES IN WHICH THE SETTLOR IS BENEFICIARY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
