Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 41-3-15, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO ALLOW SMALL FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS THAT PREPARE AND SERVE FOOD FOR PAY PRIMARILY FOR CONSUMPTION AWAY FROM THE PREMISES TO USE CONVENTIONAL EQUIPMENT RATHER THAN SPECIALIZED COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT FOR STORING, PREPARING, AND SERVING THE FOOD, IF THE CONVENTIONAL EQUIPMENT MEETS CERTAIN STANDARDS REQUIRED BY THE DEPARTMENT AND THE USAGE OF CONVENTIONAL EQUIPMENT WOULD NOT POTENTIALLY CAUSE A HEALTH HAZARD OR RISK; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
