Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 63-7-64, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT THE PROHIBITION AGAINST A PERSON OPERATING A MOTORCYCLE OR MOTOR SCOOTER UPON THE PUBLIC ROADS OR HIGHWAYS OF THIS STATE WITHOUT WEARING AN APPROVED CRASH HELMET IS APPLICABLE ONLY TO PERSONS UNDER TWENTY-ONE YEARS OF AGE; TO PROVIDE THAT PERSONS WHO ARE UNDER TWENTY-ONE YEARS OF AGE BUT WHO ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE ARE NOT SUBJECT TO THE REQUIREMENTS FOR WEARING A CRASH HELMET IF SUCH PERSONS MEET CERTAIN CONDITIONS RELATING TO TRAINING AND MOTORCYCLE RIDING EXPERIENCE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
