Title: AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI FOR THE PURPOSE OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CAPITOL COMPLEX AND CERTAIN OTHER CAPITOL FACILITIES, AND FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE EDWARDS HOUSE PROPERTY AND THE MISSISSIPPI COLLEGE SCHOOL OF LAW PROPERTY UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES; TO AUTHORIZE THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION TO CHARGE RENT TO ANY STATE AGENCY OCCUPYING SUCH PROPERTY IN AN AMOUNT ADEQUATE TO RETIRE THE BONDS ISSUED OR OTHER DEBT INCURRED PURSUANT TO THIS ACT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
