Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 27-51-41, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT ONE MOTOR VEHICLE OWNED BY A VOLUNTEER FIRE FIGHTER WHO HAS COMPLETED AT LEAST 50 HOURS OF FIRE FIGHTING TRAINING IN A CALENDAR YEAR AND HAS ANSWERED AT LEAST 12 CALLS IN A CALENDAR YEAR SHALL BE EXEMPT FROM COUNTY AD VALOREM TAXATION IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $100.00 FOR THE REGISTRATION YEAR SUBSEQUENT TO THE CALENDAR YEAR IN WHICH SUCH TRAINING WAS RECEIVED AND SUCH CALLS WERE ANSWERED; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
