Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 37-17-6, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO DELETE THE REQUIREMENTS THAT THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION SHALL IMPLEMENT A PERFORMANCE-BASED ACCREDITATION SYSTEM FOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS WITH CERTAIN STANDARDS; TO REPEAL SECTIONS 37-151-63 THROUGH 37-151-75 AND 37-153-1 THROUGH 37-153-13, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH PROVIDE FOR THE WORKFORCE AND EDUCATION ACT OF 1994; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
