Title: AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI FOR THE PURPOSE OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING; TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI FOR THE PURPOSE OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR COMMUNITY AND JUNIOR COLLEGES; TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,000,000.00 OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION, EQUIPPING AND FURNISHING OF THE GREENVILLE HIGHER EDUCATION CENTER, PROVIDED THAT CERTAIN LOCAL MATCHING MONEY IS PROVIDED, WHICH CENTER IS A COOPERATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF MISSISSIPPI VALLEY STATE UNIVERSITY, DELTA STATE UNIVERSITY, MISSISSIPPI DELTA COMMUNITY COLLEGE AND GREENVILLE, MISSISSIPPI, AREA BUSINESS, INDUSTRY, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND GOVERNMENT ENTITIES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
