Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 41-7-191, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO AUTHORIZE ANY HOME HEALTH AGENCY THAT WAS GRANTED A CERTIFICATE OF NEED TO PROVIDE HOME HEALTH SERVICES TO EXPAND ITS TERRITORY TO INCLUDE ALL COUNTIES THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED UNDER THE GEOGRAPHIC LIMITATIONS IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF THE ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF NEED, WITHOUT THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW CERTIFICATE OF NEED; TO AMEND SECTION 43-13-117, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT THE MEDICAID HOME- AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES PILOT PROGRAM SHALL BE EXPANDED TO INCLUDE WARREN COUNTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
