Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 25-11-103, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT ALL REMUNERATION OR AMOUNTS PAID TO JUDGES OF THE MISSISSIPPI SUPREME COURT AND THE COURT OF APPEALS, EXCEPT MILEAGE, SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS "EARNED COMPENSATION" FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM; TO PROVIDE THAT THIS DEFINITION SHALL APPLY TO CERTAIN RETIRED JUDGES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
