Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 25-15-9, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT THE STATE EMPLOYEES HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN SHALL BE CONSIDERED THE EMPLOYEE'S PRIMARY COVERAGE UNLESS THE EMPLOYEE DESIGNATES THAT THE STATE EMPLOYEES HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN IS HIS SECONDARY COVERAGE; TO AMEND SECTION 83-9-5, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE REGULATIONS CONCERNING INSURANCE POLICIES THAT COORDINATE BENEFITS WITH OTHER HEALTH PLANS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
