Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 37-22-1, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS SIXTEENTH SECTION SCHOOL LAND EXPENDABLE INCOME DERIVED FROM TIMBER SALES OR MINERAL SALES USED FOR CERTAIN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AND CHICKASAW SCHOOL FUND APPROPRIATIONS SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED "OTHER LOCAL REVENUE SOURCES" IN DETERMINING UNIFORM MILLAGE ASSISTANCE GRANTS; TO PROVIDE THAT INCREASED UNIFORM MILLAGE ASSISTANCE GRANTS PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ACT SHALL BE PHASED-IN; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
