Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS 97-33-52, 97-33-55, 97-33-57, 97-33-65, 97-33-69, AND 97-33-75, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE DOMICILED IN MISSISSIPPI AND THAT HAVE GROSS PROCEEDS OF LESS THAN $20,000.00 FROM CONDUCTING BINGO GAMES SHALL BE EXEMPT FROM RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE GAMING COMMISSION AND FROM THE NECESSITY OF OBTAINING CERTAIN ADMINISTRATIVE EXCEPTIONS FROM THE COMMISSION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
