Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS 67-1-81 AND 67-3-69, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT THE PENALTY FOR A CONVICTION OF THE SALE TO A MINOR OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, LIGHT WINE OR BEER SHALL BE A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $1,500.00 AND NOT MORE THAN $50,000.00 AND THAT THE PERMIT TO SELL SUCH BEVERAGES SHALL BE REVOKED FOR ONE YEAR; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
