HOLTZCLAW HOUSE; TO AUTHORIZE THE DEPARTMENT TO USE FUNDS IN THE HISTORIC PROPERTIES TRUST FUND; TO PROVIDE THAT THE LEGISLATURE SHALL APPROPRIATE ANY ADDITIONAL FUNDS NEEDED TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF THIS ACT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
